While you may be many months away from breaking ground, we want to make sure we set us all up for success! Here are a few things you need to know before dirt flies:
This fee will not only secure your start date but will also cover our extensive Pre-Construction services. Once we begin building your home, the non-refundable deposit will be applied to our Builder Fee.
We are a Cost-Plus Builder, however that doesn’t keep us from pursuing a conservative bid process. Every line item of the estimate will be reviewed and discussed at length, prior to construction and all throughout the building process!
Finalized Plan? Check! Structurals? Check! Financials in Place? Check! Let’s review and sign our contract and get to the fun part- building your dream home!

This meeting will follow the same agenda as others, but will end with keys in your hand! We will celebrate at the finish line, but will always be ready on the sidelines when you need us.
Exterior and interior maintenance is unique to every home. We provide a Homeowner Binder curated to fit the individual needs of your home. So whether you need to remember a paint color or the number of a reliable painter, you've got the answers you need!
In addition to maintenance, warranty items will come up occasionally. Simply submit your request through your old friend Buildertrend, and then you can leave the rest up to us! Your house was built to endure and we hope the same for our relationship with you.
